ziconNET was formed on the basis of realizing over the years that Customer needs for on going operational improvement are continuously evolving. Analytics for business and process operations purposes have become a cornerstone for such improvements. Looking for a competitive advantage through knowledge.
Lessons learnt, became lessons to teach others, but knowledge base always needed to be shared in our Customer organizations. 

Our customers, caught up and even confined sometimes by the daily challenges for running their plants, had always use for experts and knowledge transfer. The term Consultant yet is not very popular nowadays. It is associated with individuals or firms with no responsibility or authority. As such, the need for Subject Matter Experts has become an ever growing need for engaging them into complex, content-rich analytical applications involving Level 3 and Level 4 systems and their between integration. 

Enter here Suppliers, who always give their biased (... unfortunately) view or at best, their product - specific knowledge transfer. The same applied for project management, when the two sides, customer and supplier, came together. The statistics show that in the majority of the cases, one side leaves before the other. They rarely finish together.

Business and Process Intelligence ..., typically, they are associated with different domains and sectors. Sectors like financial services and the ones like oil and gas or chemicals production facilities respectively. 
Of course, everyone knows that the first can have more processes than any plant in the world and the latter is also a business. So, we decided to establish our Team that can bring together the two and put an envelope around it called ... Project Management ... unfortunately, as we would rather call it ... Project Leadership.
